About Dr. Post

Dr. Post grew up in Zumbrota, MN and learned that places like Zumbrota are hard to find. A city like this has a rich history, great people and some of the best stores and celebrations not found in most other areas of the country. I graduated from Zumbrota-Mazeppa High School in 1995 and went on to study Law Enforcement and obtain a degree at Rochester Community & Technical College. Around this time, in 1996, I was introduced to chiropractic and the power that it had to really help people who needed it. This link shares this story in greater detail: Click Here to Read.

While growing up in the area I held a couple of local jobs including working at Hub Food Center for a couple of years and then also working as an Assistant Manager at Casey’s General Store. I learned from the people that I interacted with at these times how much of a treasure that Zumbrota, MN really is.

After finishing my Law Enforcement degree at RCTC, I enrolled into the Chiropractic Program at Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO just outside of St. Louis. I learned many things and took many tests during this time. I passed the four-part National Board test to prove that I had really learned what I needed to in order to care for others using the chiropractic principles, science and art.

I worked for several years at another chiropractic office in Rochester, MN. Here I helped many people get well, reduce pain and improve movement so they could do what they need to do in order to provide for their families and enjoy life more. That is really what it is all about. I’ve always wanted to help people, and I feel that this is the best way that I can do it. Pain isn’t fun, I know – I’ve been there and chiropractic care helped me when I really needed it. I’m now here to help you too. I understand that you might not really know a whole lot about how chiropractic really works, but the great news is that you don’t have to know.

You don’t really have to know that it only takes the pressure of a dime on a nerve to decrease the ability of that nerve to function like it should. Let me worry about those details. My main goal is to reduce pain, make you feel better and get back to the activities that you need to do and want to do. If you have any questions at all, just ask. I’m in the office from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Stop in or call anytime during these hours and I’ll be glad to answer your questions.

Consultations are always free, it will give you more information and lay out some of the options that you have. If I feel that I cannot help you I will let you know, but I won’t stop there as there are experts in other fields that I could recommend if needed.

With the closing of another New Year’s celebration, I look forward to helping you achieve what you want to with your health. I am here to help you.

Thank you for your time – Jared K. Post, D.C.
